From thinking being "too emotional or sensitive" was my weakness to recognizing it is my superpower


I created this course based on my personal experience and journey of becoming an empowered empath.

For many years I felt so different from others and misunderstood. I didn't understand why I felt things so deeply and was in a state of emotional burnout most of the time. I didn't understand why I was easily overwhelmed by crowds and upsetting situations. I didn't understand why I felt like I had to focus on everyone else and if I just solved their problems I would feel better (and it never made me feel better). I thought the best way to deal with this was to ignore my feelings or to numb my emotions... but that lead to even more burnout.

Even when I learned I was an empath and that all this was a result of feeling and absorbing the emotions and energy of others and my environment, I still felt just has drained, burnout and overwhelmed. And that this was just the way I was meant to live and be.

It wasn't until I finally learned the missing link: how to care for myself as an empath emotionally and energetically. I learned how to set boundaries, heal empath wounds and clear/ protect my own energy.

Once I started implementing this boundaries, clearing my energy and prioritizing my needs did I fully understand (and live out) what it meant to thrive as an empath.

I realized that "this weakness" I thought I had for years was actually a gift and know that I knew how to nurture this gift I was going to let it shine.

I let go of the conditioning that I was weak from being emotional, that I had to put others ahead of myself or that I had to numb my intuition.

And I finally embrace my superpower of being an empath.

That is why I created this course. Because I know what it is like to struggle as an empath. To feel emotionally burnout, drained and misunderstood. In this course I will teach the foundations of what you need to know and do to thrive as empath.

So that you too can step into your power.
